In Grade 1 we love to sing! We have been practising every day! Click on to hear us sing and to read the lyrics. We have also enjoyed writing a class poem.
Two of our recent favourite songs that we have been learning are ‘Say hello’ and ‘Months of the Year’. We hope you enjoy listening to us singing both of these songs.

This week we have been studying Poetry in our Literacy lessons. We read a poem called ‘Zoo Dream’ and made up our own class version of the poem. Each of us made up a new line for the poem using alliteration. Which animal would you choose for number thirteen and what would they be doing?
