Grade 1 have been having a delicious time learning about different types of fruits and vegetables. This week we have all been busy getting ready for Fruity Friday on the 25th of April by making observational drawings of different fruits and vegetables.
We have worked hard at making sure we look and draw as we sketch so that we draw the correct lines, shapes and colours.
We were really proud of how realistic our sketches looked. When we looked at each others drawings we could immediately see which fruit or vegetable had been drawn. Can you guess each fruit or vegetable from our drawings?
We all agreed that all types of fruits and vegetables are delicious in their own way and that we should enjoy eating them to keep really healthy!
We are really looking forward to showing everyone all of the work we have been doing about fruits and vegetables after Fruity Friday so watch this space!!!
