\"\"<\/a>What a start to the year it’s been in Year 4!<\/p>\n

We have spent a lot of time during these first weeks getting to know each other!\u00a0 We discussed the importance of helping each other out this year so that everyone can participate, learn and have fun in Flamingo Class.\u00a0 In order to put our ideas into action, we set about creating pieces of art that required us to cooperate together and learn from each other.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

First, we created some jigsaw-artworks.\u00a0 We each had to create a piece of a much larger painting without knowing what the overall picture was supposed to look like!\u00a0 It took a lot of time and care in order to discuss how to solve the problem and work together effectively.\u00a0 Our first attempt was a bit of a disaster – none of the pieces fitted together properly and some of us disagreed on which colours to use!\u00a0 However, after persevering and communicating clearly, we managed to create beautiful versions of famous Miro and Picasso paintings!<\/p>\n
