In the last few weeks, Grade 2’s have been practicing some yoga poses as part of the school day. The children really enjoy it!<\/p>\n

Children are big souls in little bodies and will learn best from their own experience, lead them to their inner teacher with your words and actions!”<\/em> Radiant child yoga program.<\/p>\n Yoga can help children to stay calm, to resolve inner conflicts and to develop their self confidence. I believe that without a high self esteem, a child will not perform to his or her best potential.
