\nEvery single day, we can be inspired by the people who do extraordinary things to improve the world. Their everyday acts and sacrifices are truly superhuman, and in no profession is this more evident than teaching.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span><\/span>So this World Teachers Day join us in celebrating five superpowers of teachers. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Here are some of the things teachers do that, all told, have an impact on par with superheroes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>1. Ability to See Into the Future<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Teachers see potential in each and every student. They believe all young people can succeed. Think back to your favorite teacher growing up. Chances are they\u2019re so memorable because they believed in you and your abilities. It\u2019s that ability to look into the future and see you sharing your gifts with the world. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\n2. Never-ending Elasticity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Teachers are stretched in so man<\/span><\/span><\/span>y directions. Yet, somehow, they manage to do it all\u2014create engaging lessons, spend time with parents, engage one-on-one with students, and collaborate with other teachers. And that\u2019s just a few of the many things teachers do in a day! Their flexibility\u2014or elasticity\u2014helps empower students across the world.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\n3. Juggling Multiple Roles<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Just as Clark Kent juggles his \u201cregular\u201d life with his superhero persona, teachers take on a number of roles in the classroom. They are instructors, mentors, friends, and leaders to their colleagues. What makes this so incredible is that teachers have to put on different faces and bring very different strengths in each role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\n4. Power of Creativity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Teachers create challenges that help students discover and see how concepts connect to their lives. Great teachers make classrooms engaging, exciting, and fun.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\n5. Heart of Wonder Woman and Black Panther<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Why do teachers teach? To make a difference in students\u2019 lives. Some superheroes are driven by compassion, and bring the amazing power of heart\u2014mixed with strength\u2014to the profession. Teachers save people in real life. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
