We would like to remind you that our exciting upcoming 25th<\/sup> Anniversary event at The Shore Club on Saturday 20th is now less than 2 weeks away. Tickets are selling well and will be on sale all this week on Islehelp<\/a> but must be purchased no later than FRIDAY 12th<\/sup> MAY<\/strong> so that we can advise The Shore Club of our final numbers, for catering purposes.<\/p>\n

Tickets are $100 and include a welcome drink and an opportunity to savour a delicious selections of passed canape and to visit three amazing chef manned food stations serving Roast Beef Martini,\u00a0 Risotto and\u00a0 Sushi. There will be a selection of live music throughout the evening,a silent auction and 50\/50 raffle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The dress code for the event is resort elegant, but if you\u2019d like to add a little more fun, please feel free to….. embrace the glamor of the roaring 20’s and dress to the nines. Get glitzy in silver and black, tassels and tribes.\u00a0 Take the theme as far as you like but remember elegance, is the name of the game!<\/p>\n

Tickets can be purchased at the school at either drop off or pick up, where we will be accepting cash, credit card and cheque, or you can simply follow the link to pay online at https:\/\/mobile.islehelp.net\/#204<\/a><\/p>\n

SILENT AUCTION and 50\/50 RAFFLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We realise that not everyone will be able to attend the event, but you may still be able to bid on certain items or purchase tickets for our 50\/50 raffle. Bid sheets will be available\u00a0prior to the event,\u00a0and raffle tickets, all next week.<\/p>\n

We have already secured some wonderful prizes, however\u00a0if you, or someone you know would like to submit an auction prize, please let us know.<\/strong><\/p>\n

FUNDRAISING FOR A SCHOOL VEHICLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are hoping that funds raised from the event will be used to help purchase our own school vehicle for transporting children to and from field trips.\u00a0 Having our own vehicle will greatly enhance our ability to organise field trips without the need for so many parent volunteers. We also feel it will also be a much safer option than using a 5 car convoy, and will allow for more spontaneous outings.<\/p>\n

Although the bus purchase was agreed at our last PTA meeting, we realise that it might not have been possible for you to attend the meeting. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please let us know.<\/p>\n
