\"yr-3-hot-cold-nov-2013<\/a>What wonderful colour mixing and brush control from the Year 3 Dolphins! They have brought a \u2018blast\u2019 of beautiful colour into our classroom.\u00a0 The bright and bold colour creations was inspired by our Numeracy work on \u00a0shape and our Social Studies work \u2013 looking at different climates around the world.\u00a0 Can you feel which colours may make you feel \u2018cold\u2019 and which colours may make you feel \u2018hot\u2019?<\/p>\n

The art work of Kandinsky was the original source of inspiration for these designs, yet the line and form were taken from the US artist, Alma Lee. \u00a0The end products, lively colour and happy designs are the creations of the one and only talented Year 3\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 well done Dolphins!<\/p>\n
