It was back in 1991, that Alison recognised the need for a quality Early Years Programme in The Turks and Caicos Islands and decided to open a Pre-school. Due to popular demand, the original Pre-school Programme expanded to offer the whole primary age range. The strength of the entire school over the past 23 years is born out of excellent foundations in the Early Years.

Our Programme is play based, as we believe children are learning to their greatest potential while they are having fun. Teachers enhance children’s natural curiosity by offering a range of activities for the children to participate in and develop age appropriate skills.

It is vital that a child’s first experience of school is a happy one, and one that introduces learning in an exciting, fun and stimulating way. A child’s first introduction to school is of enormous importance as we are building pathways in the brain for all future learning.

We believe that when children are happy, and are enthusiastic about learning, and concepts are presented in a stimulating way, optimal learning takes place. This is the key to the academic success that is demonstrated year after year in our Year 6 graduating student’s test results, for which we have renowned success.
