Provo Primary’s 2010 yearbook was released yesterday, much to the joy of the children, parents and staff of Provo Primary School. Krys Mann is the amazing person responsible for producing this truly incredible 6th edition yearbook. We would like to take this opportunity to thank her for all her hard work, her wonderful creativity and for the endless hours she has spent choosing from thousands of photos and producing the pages. She has certainly captured wonderful memories for us to enjoy today and to reminisce over in the future.
Our yearbooks provide a great insight into the many and varied educational opportunities that our children at Provo Primary School have experienced over the years.

Provo Primary is committed to the highest standards in attitude and attainment for every child. We offer a rich, broad and balanced curriculum, which is supported by a wide range of extra-curricular activities and FOPPS events which are reflected in our yearbooks. We have a belief that whilst we always have to strive to reach the highest possible academic standards, we must not lose sight of the wide ranging enjoyment that a primary school should provide. “Learning and achieving through experience and enjoyment”.
All of this is made possible by a team effort from children, staff and parents: Our Director, Miss Alison and myself, would like to congratulate the children on all their achievements and success, their enthusiasm and citizenship; We would like to extend a big thank to their outstanding staff, for all their incredible efforts and hard work and their commitment to providing the best that they can. We would also like to thank all the par
ents and caregivers for the support and love that they give their children as they travel along their learning journey.
Our FOPPS organisation also plays an important part of life here at Provo Primary and we have a core group of motivated and dedicated parents who drive and support this. We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all of them for all their continued efforts. They have organised fun events and kept up much-loved traditions over the year, including our movie nights, discos, Halloween parties, Santa’s visit and our Easter Egg Hunt.
We trust that the memories of the events themselves, coupled with seeing all these photos of the children enjoying these so immensely, will be a heart-warming reward for all their hard work. We would also like to thank all the individuals and companies, who have also supported and assisted us in a variety of ways and to our advertisers who help keep our yearbook publication costs low.
Well done everyone for making this year such a magnificent success! We hope that will enjoy your yearbook and all the wonderful memories that it holds.
